After buying my first Tesla I talked my brother, then best friend, then mother into getting Teslas too. Each time they would come to me with questions and I loved teaching them about their new car. So I decided to start Drive Wise.

One pedal driving, also known as regenerative breaking, is using the battery to slow the car down instead of the breaks. This is great because it extends the range of your car by adding a little charge back in the battery each time you slow down. I’ll show you how to turn that on.

Believe it or not you will actually get used to and possibly prefer the touchscreen. Once you learn to use the steering wheel buttons it will relieve most of the stress you might feel about not having physical buttons.
